About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow to provide one-on-one ABA services in the Saint Louis area. This part-time position involves working directly with clients to implement care plans and support their development. We are looking for individuals who can commit to this role for at least six months.
What you'll do#
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Carry out skill-building and care plans as directed by the clinical team.
- Log session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients.
- Communicate and build relationships with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification, which must be obtained before beginning work.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn and an interest in supporting children with Autism.
- A background in Psychology is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work is performed on-site in client homes or community-based settings.
- This is a part-time, paid role with rolling start dates.
- Sponsorship for work visas is not available.
