About the role#
The Cybersecurity Awareness and Engagement Intern supports our efforts to educate employees on security practices. You will assist with data analysis, project coordination, and the creation of educational materials. This role involves working across different departments to promote a positive security culture throughout the organization.
What you'll do#
- Create and distribute communications that promote secure behaviors.
- Coordinate training schedules, track participation, and maintain training materials.
- Analyze results from social engineering tests to identify trends.
- Prepare reports on employee engagement and potential risk areas.
- Develop content including newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, videos, and other educational resources.
- Support outreach efforts such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities, workshops, and webinars.
- Research cybersecurity threats and best practices to improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, communications, and business teams.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited educational institution.
- Pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, information systems, communications, psychology, education, organizational design, industrial design, or business administration.
- At least one year of completed undergraduate studies or sophomore standing.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
