About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring RBT / Behavior Hero Fellows to provide one-on-one ABA services. This role is part-time and based in Ogallala, Nebraska. We offer fellowship and internship opportunities for those looking to accumulate restricted and unrestricted hours. Candidates should be ready to commit to a 6-month term.
What you'll do#
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support client independence and positive behavior.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Build a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
- Work as a member of our clinical team.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An active RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A desire to learn and support children with Autism.
