About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a graduate-level student for an ABA Student Analyst position. This role is designed for current Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians who are accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA certification. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program related to Psychology.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
