About the role#
As a Student Business Development Team Lead, you will represent SpaceX through the Starlink Customer Acquisition Program. This field-based role focuses on sales, lead generation, and community outreach within an assigned territory. Beyond individual sales, you will help support local recruiting, scheduling, and team coordination.
What you'll do#
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to share Starlink information with potential customers.
- Attend local events and build community connections to expand your reach.
- Log your daily activity, sales, hours, and mileage in the company field app.
- Participate in regular check-ins with your Regional Sales Manager to review progress.
- Support team efforts through local recruiting and coordination tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in school.
- Ability to work 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ambitious, coachable, and comfortable meeting new people.
