About the role#
As a Student Business Development Team Lead, you will represent SpaceX and Starlink on behalf of Mosaic. This role focuses on sales, lead generation, and community outreach. You will manage an assigned territory near your campus, build momentum through local events, and assist with team coordination and recruiting.
What you'll do#
- Own an assigned territory and perform door-to-door outreach to help households explore Starlink high-speed connectivity.
- Introduce Starlink service and hardware offerings and answer customer questions.
- Assist interested customers with the order process using your personal referral code.
- Build community connections through local events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Support local recruiting, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Log daily activity, sales, hours, and mileage in the field app.
- Participate in regular check-ins with your Regional Sales Manager to review performance and refine your approach.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in school.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
- Ability to work 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ambitious, coachable, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Self-motivated and dependable nature.
