About the role#
As a Student Business Development Team Lead, you will represent SpaceX on behalf of Mosaic. This role focuses on sales, lead generation, and community outreach within an assigned territory near your campus. You will also take on a Team Lead component, supporting local recruiting, scheduling, and team coordination throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Own an assigned territory by using broadband coverage maps and territory tools to identify households.
- Plan routes, track outreach, and conduct door-to-door sales.
- Explain service and hardware offerings and answer customer questions.
- Support customers in using personal referral codes for their orders.
- Engage with the community through local events and partnerships.
- Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in the field app.
- Participate in regular check-ins with your Regional Sales Manager.
- Assist with local recruiting, scheduling, and team coordination.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in school.
- Ability to work 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- A reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
- An ambitious and coachable attitude, with a comfort level for meeting new people.

- Location: Boise, Idaho.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position offering an hourly base rate plus commission for qualified activations. You will also receive mileage reimbursement, a monthly cell phone stipend, and paid training.
