About the role#
As a Student Business Development Representative, you will represent Starlink in your local community. This is a field-based role where you will build awareness and help residents explore high-speed internet options. You will receive paid training and ongoing coaching from Mosaic leaders to help you succeed in your territory.
What you'll do#
- Manage an assigned territory near campus using broadband coverage maps and territory tools.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce Starlink service and hardware to potential customers.
- Answer customer questions and guide interested individuals through the sign-up process.
- Participate in local events, community connections, and business partnerships to expand your reach.
- Log your daily activity, sales, hours, and mileage in the field application.
- Attend regular check-ins with your Regional Sales Manager to review progress and refine your strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in school.
- Ability to work 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- A smartphone for field communication and app usage.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A self-motivated and dependable approach to managing your time and territory.

- Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position offering an hourly base rate plus a $200 commission for each qualified activation. Additional support includes mileage reimbursement, a monthly cell phone stipend, and provided apparel.
