About the role#
As a Spring Intern, you will work at the Arecibo manufacturing site to gain practical experience through various projects. You will report to the Quality and CI Manager while supporting site operations. This is a full-time, paid position designed to help you build skills and gain professional exposure.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to support daily operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify solutions for clients by matching their needs with company offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other group efforts.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and teammates to improve your performance.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program for Industrial, Software, Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to use critical thinking to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
- Strong communication skills to share information and provide project updates.
