    About the role#

    As an Internal Communications Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting our communications team with global initiatives and daily operations. This position reports to the Country Communications Manager and offers the chance to contribute to projects that support business growth and internal engagement.

    What you'll do#

    • Write content for internal channels, including newsletters, the intranet, videos, and talking points.
    • Work with HR program teams to support internal awareness campaigns and project launches.
    • Organize communication projects and manage event schedules.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to coordinate event logistics.
    • Assist the communications team with key global initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in English, Communications, or Marketing.
    • Ability to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
    • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
    • Reliable transportation to the worksite.

    Location & details#

    • This internship takes place during Winter 2027.
    • The role is based in Memphis, Tennessee, with remote, on-site, or hybrid work options available depending on your location.
    • This is a paid position.
