About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Quebec, Canada. You will provide general administrative support to the organization and the local management team. This role reports to the Site Director and involves working closely with the existing administrative support team.
What you'll do#
- Prepare, compile, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, organization charts, and other documents.
- Draft internal communications.
- Manage travel arrangements for members of management.
- Assist the administrative team during high workloads or vacation periods, including covering the front desk to greet and check in visitors.
- Coordinate and support the organization of meetings and events.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need#
- Currently studying administrative and management techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of both French and English, in spoken and written forms, as English is required for communication with clients outside of Quebec.
- Strong sense of initiative and interpersonal skills.
