About the role#
This Manufacturing Engineering Internship offers practical experience through hands-on projects during the Summer 2027 term. You will work directly with the operations team to solve problems and ensure products are delivered on time. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the operations team to solve problems and support on-time product delivery.
- Identify solutions for clients by applying knowledge of customer needs and company offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative group efforts.
- Support manufacturing transformation projects, such as layout improvements, tool organization, and visual management.
- Promote a safety culture by identifying and implementing improvements to work areas and processes.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and team to improve your performance and skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions using critical thinking.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour, depending on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
