About the role#
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking an OPS Student Assistant to support the Systems and Recruitment teams. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Tampa.
What you'll do#
- Make outgoing calls to prospective, applied, and admitted students.
- Help students and parents navigate the application process and enrollment steps.
- Staff the Office of Admissions call center by fielding incoming calls from students.
- Assist the Domestic recruitment teams with student prospects and applicants.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by office staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student attending classes at USF.
- General office skills.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, or Psychology are preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 7:30pm.
- Additional daytime hours may be available, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
- This position may require a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check.
