About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Electrification Co-op position based in Florida, covering the Winter and Summer 2027 terms. You will work in a hybrid capacity, utilizing both remote and on-site arrangements. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on gaining practical experience through various operational projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to support operations and ensure projects finish on time.
- Identify solutions for clients by matching customer needs with company offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative group efforts.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and team members to develop your skills and improve performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in the United States.
- Majors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to use critical thinking to analyze complex situations.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour.
