About the role#
As an Internal Communications Intern, you will join the Water Solutions and Services Communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, employee engagement, and communication analytics. You will work on meaningful projects that support a global workforce and build a professional portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Audit and evaluate internal SharePoint content to remove outdated or duplicate information.
- Improve content discoverability to support AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Interview service technicians and field leaders to develop AQUA pro stories.
- Produce newsletters and create content for employee engagement platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and report monthly communications performance through dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- A genuine interest in storytelling, digital content, and data analytics.
