About the role#
This is a paid, one-year internship with the GE Vernova communications team. You will gain exposure to global communication functions while supporting both internal and external projects. This role requires a commitment to working on-site at our manufacturing facility in Greenville, South Carolina, for 2 to 3 days per week.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to internal communications, logistics, and planning.
- Support external communication projects.
- Attend site events to conduct interviews and capture high-quality photography.
- Produce written features for the organization.
- Assist with website management, site updates, and maintenance.
- Create visual content using tools such as Canva.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing.
- Strong writing skills, with a focus on storytelling and long-form content.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Proven experience in corporate or internal communications.
- Ability to interact comfortably with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in video editing and creative design.
