    About the role#

    This Electrification Sales Co-Op position provides practical experience within the automation machinery manufacturing industry. You will support operations, contribute to project goals, and gain professional exposure through various assignments. This is a full-time, paid internship.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with teams to support daily operations and ensure projects finish on time.
    • Identify client solutions by matching customer needs with company offerings.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
    • Seek regular feedback from your manager and colleagues to refine your skills.
    • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
    • Communicate project updates and share information with team members.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in the United States.
    • Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions using critical thinking.
    • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
    • Reliable transportation for commuting to the worksite.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Florida, United States.
    • Modality: Remote and on-site.
    • Terms: Summer 2027 and Fall 2027.
    • Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour.
