About the role#
This co-op position offers practical experience supporting the Electrification sales team in Atlanta. You will work directly with Account Managers to handle daily operations, documentation, and project coordination. This role is a paid, full-time opportunity available for the Summer and Fall 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Support Account Managers with sales operations, documentation, and data cleanup in Salesforce.
- Create submittals, manage small projects, and expedite orders.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to quote projects using the ABB Empower tool.
- Transition large projects to the project management team and assist with change orders.
- Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve warranty or credit issues.
- Provide tool training and support to internal teams and distributors.
- Compile and share high-profile project opportunities using CMD Insight.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States, specifically in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions using critical thinking.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to manage several tasks at once while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to convey ideas and share project updates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
