About the role#
The Talent and Recruiting Intern will support the Emerging Talent team in hiring high-potential talent and managing the intern experience. This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Talent, Recruiting, or People Operations who are eager to contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven team.
What you'll do#
- Support the overall success of the emerging talent program by partnering with the Program Manager and the talent team.
- Own the end-to-end scheduling process for intern candidates.
- Conduct onsite meet and greets with local candidates.
- Facilitate and coordinate internal Emerging Talent events.
- Pair interns with cross-functional mentors.
- Manage and track candidates through the applicant tracking system while maintaining effective communication.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- Passion for advancing underrepresented groups.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Superb written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fluid, high-growth environment.
- Excitement to learn and grow within a professional recruiting team.
