About the role#
The Driver Recruiting/Marketing Intern will work within the Driver Recruiting department to build a foundation in marketing strategy. This position provides exposure to data-driven marketing tools and performance analysis while offering the opportunity to contribute to real-world campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, write, edit, and coordinate the production of marketing materials.
- Support copywriting efforts for the website and manage website content.
- Assist with content creation, campaign development, and persona and journey mapping.
- Develop skills in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and project management.
- Research and stay current on digital marketing trends.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate with a degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A solid understanding of current marketing trends, techniques, and social networks.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site at the corporate office in De Pere, Wisconsin.
- Type: Part-time internship (15 to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday).
- Flexibility: Schedule is built around your school commitments, with the option for full-time hours during summer and school breaks.
- Compensation: Paid internship at $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on the level of education.
