About the role#
As a Material Planning Intern, you will support the high-level planning and tactical execution needed for hardware material readiness. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Global Supply Management to refine reporting, improve vendor interactions, and support the deployment of vehicle systems. This role is based at our headquarters and focuses on the operational foundation that supports our scaling efforts.
What you'll do#
- Support the maintenance of Clear to Build (CTB) tracking for vital systems.
- Create automated reporting and visibility dashboards for part shortages and shipment logistics.
- Optimize spares management by evaluating consumption patterns.
- Establish standardized supplier reporting formats for capacity updates.
- Improve scalable planning workflows to increase transparency across departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for internal teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and execute solutions independently.
