About the role#
As a Global Supply Management Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the systems, data, and supplier relationships that power our global supply chain. You will work alongside supply managers, engineers, finance, and operations teams to support sourcing, analytics, and day-to-day execution. This role allows you to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges in procurement, logistics, and global operations.
What you'll do#
- Track and analyze supplier performance, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on supply chain metrics.
- Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes, conducting supplier research, and benchmarking costs.
- Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot supply issues and identify process improvements.
- Participate in supplier meetings and cross-functional discussions to observe negotiations and decision-making.
- Document and standardize processes to help build scalable systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about global supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working on cross-functional projects.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to handle both strategic and tactical tasks.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in South San Francisco, California.
- The term for this position is Winter 2027 (January 2027 to April/May 2027).
- This position is paid.
