About the role#
Student Staff I serves as an integral part of the Young Life mission, focusing on evangelism and discipleship. This role involves active participation in ministry functions, including spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development. Employees are expected to model excellence in contact work, club activities, and camping while maintaining professional standards in all ministry operations.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Model excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners, and camping.
- Participate on a team to conduct Young Life club and discipleship ministry.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Attend regional and area training events to develop ministry skills and personal character.
- Assist with office administration, expense reporting, and goal setting.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Communications, Political Science, History, or Philosophy.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and the ability to serve as a minister of the Gospel.

- Salary Range: 20,400 - 28,100 USD based on education, experience, and location.
