About the role#
Young Life is hiring a Student Staff member for the Four Points area in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date. Candidates must subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith and fulfill ministry functions as part of their role.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster your spiritual life.
- Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
- Actively engage in all three levels of contact work.
- Assist with office administration tasks when necessary.
- Participate in leadership teams to conduct club and discipleship ministry.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree, ideally in Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proven relational skills when working with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
