About the role#
As a VAP Summer Associate, you will join the Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing group. You will work alongside staff and leadership to support biopharmaceutical clients. This role focuses on how therapies are valued, priced, and accessed within healthcare systems. You will participate in projects involving launch strategy and value proposition development. This is a 9-week, full-time, on-site program running from June 14 to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with daily engagement activities and internal discussions.
- Conduct secondary research on disease backgrounds, treatment approaches, and pricing.
- Design and prepare primary research materials, including discussion guides and quantitative surveys.
- Coordinate and conduct primary market research with payers and physicians.
- Analyze research findings to develop insights and create client presentations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- You are a rising senior or a student with one year remaining in your studies.
- You have 0-2 years of experience in consulting or relevant life sciences areas.
- You possess familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Preferred majors include Biology, Business Administration, Economics, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
