About the role#
Young Life is hiring a Second Year Student Staff member in Nashville. This is a full-time, paid position for students pursuing a college degree. You will focus on spiritual development, leadership, and ministry support while working under the supervision of an area director. Please note that this role requires employees to sign a Statement of Faith and participate in ministry functions as a servant of God.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster your spiritual life.
- Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Engage in contact work, club, and discipleship ministry.
- Assist with office administration and complete expense reports.
- Participate in regional and area training events to build ministry skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, specifically in majors such as Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Sociology, or Philosophy.
- Proven relational skills when working with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all ministry matters.

- Salary: $7,650 to $9,100, depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
