About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, paid position running from May 24 to August 13, 2027. You will work on real-world projects and receive career-specific guidance throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects that provide practical experience in your field.
- Participate in technical training sessions and career coaching.
- Coordinate with an assigned buddy and mentor who support your daily work and professional growth.
- Engage in networking and educational activities to learn about the company and connect with senior management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and analytical ability.
- Initiative, leadership potential, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- A genuine interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Prior work experience, internships, or extracurricular activities are preferred.
