About the role#
This internship supports the Gas Control Analyst with Gas SCADA field equipment and reporting tools. You will gain hands-on experience in a utility environment, working on projects that support our operational infrastructure. This is a paid position starting May 31, 2027, with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist with password and patch maintenance.
- Pull records to meet regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot communications to field instruments.
- Develop and maintain SCADA HMI systems.
- Support various reporting tools used by the team.
What you'll need#
- You must be a junior or higher as of Fall 2027, enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
- You can work full-time (up to 40 hours a week) during the summer and part-time (up to 20 hours a week) during the school year.
- You have the ability to commute to the office in-person.
- Experience with databases and SQL is beneficial.

- Locations: St Paul, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado.
- Modality: Hybrid, with the ability to work from the office 4 to 5 days per week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $19.30 to $22.10 per hour.
