    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship within the Power and Energy team. You will work on-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon, for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside senior staff on real energy projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Support engineering tasks to build your technical skills.
    • Help with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations.
    • Assist in preparing final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates.
    • Collect and maintain project documentation.
    • Complete assigned training and follow company safety and conduct policies.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program for Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • Graduation date of August 2027 or later.
    • Minimum age of 18.
    • Basic proficiency with technical writing, office software, and spreadsheets.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and non-engineering audiences.
