About the role#
Join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team for an 8-month co-op term. This role runs from January through August 2027. You will gain hands-on experience working on community infrastructure and land development projects while learning from experienced engineers and technical professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and design of land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Assist with grading, site servicing, stormwater management, and transportation-related assignments.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, technical reports, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in site visits, field reviews, and construction-related activities.
- Collect and analyze project data to support engineering decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program.
- Available for an 8-month co-op placement from January through August.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or related engineering software.

- Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $24.00 - $32.25 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
