About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Engineering Internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our manufacturing facilities, gaining hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals and mill leaders. This program connects your academic background in engineering with real production outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers and operations teams with process improvements and equipment optimization.
- Collect and analyze data to support problem-solving initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that link engineering principles to production.
- Present a summary of your project work and key learnings to the leadership team at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Paper Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, safety-minded approach to work.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
