About the role#
The Sales Analytics Intern supports internal teams including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will assist with sales data analysis, contract renewal engagement, revenue retention, and data cleaning. This is a paid, full-time opportunity available for Winter or Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform sales analytics and reporting tasks to support performance management.
- Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including customer notifications, quote creation, and closing opportunities.
- Engage with renewal overlays to provide strategic support for revenue retention.
- Validate and research sales activities to maintain data integrity.
- Build relationships across the organization to integrate Sales Operations with other departments.
- Collect and interpret data to help drive sales production.
- Promote process improvements for new and existing workflows.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a degree-seeking program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, shown through previous leadership roles in school or community programs.
- A professional, energetic, and interpersonal approach.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
Location & details#
- This role is primarily remote. Candidates located near an office hub may choose to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Spring 2027 term: Starts January 4, 2027 (15-20 hours per week).
- Summer 2027 term: Starts May 17, 2027 (up to 40 hours per week).
- Minimal travel is required. Reliable internet access is necessary for remote work.
