About the role#
As a Machine Learning Engineering Intern, you will join a team focused on the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models. You will contribute to the Data Management and Analytics organization, gaining hands-on experience across the machine learning lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, and prototyping of new tools and libraries.
- Implement tooling and features to support machine learning model development and deployment.
- Integrate tools such as LlamaIndex and LlamaParse into existing workflows.
- Build and deploy AI Agents to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
- Participate in code reviews and track tasks using internal tools.
- Implement and update unit and integration tests.
- Work within an Agile development methodology.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid programming skills, with proficiency in Python or Go.
- Basic experience with source control systems like Git.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with the data science lifecycle, machine learning concepts, cloud platforms like AWS, and REST APIs.
- Ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed team.
Location & details#
- This internship is primarily remote, though you may work in a hybrid capacity if you are located near an office hub.
- Terms available: Winter 2027 (starting January 4) or Summer 2027 (starting May 17).
- This is a paid, full-time position.
