About the role#
The Customer Success Intern supports our team by managing document setup and providing service to our clients. You will help prepare customer documents and ensure they are ready for filing. This is a paid internship opportunity for Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build and implement customer documents using our software.
- Apply XBRL tagging to financial statements and footnotes.
- Check and verify XBRL tagging accuracy within financial documents.
- Work with internal teams across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
- Provide service to both internal and external customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program, specifically in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Location & details#
- This role is primarily remote.
- Candidates located near our New York City office may work in a hybrid capacity.
- This is a part-time position.
