About the role#
Geotab is hiring a Sales Systems & Data Governance Intern for an 8 to 12 month work term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based on a 37.5-hour work week. You will work with the Revenue Operations team to maintain data integrity and improve sales processes.
What you'll do#
- Synchronize and update data from internal systems to Salesforce records.
- Assist with data cleansing and ongoing data governance activities.
- Build intelligent dashboards and reports in Salesforce to support sales insights and forecasting.
- Audit and standardize existing sales processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Maintain documentation for processes, training materials, and system configurations.
What you'll need#
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Analytical skills to identify patterns and data discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and prioritize competing tasks.

- This role is located in Oakville, Ontario or Waterloo, Ontario.
- The position follows a hybrid work model.
- This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
