About the role#
The Sales Program Management intern will support the Business Operations team. You will work on initiatives to improve process and automation across the deal and order management workflow. This role is part of the Sales Operations organization.
What you'll do#
- Triage and follow up on inbound requests.
- Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Execute Salesforce.com testing and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation of current and future state processes.
- Create and maintain team and project pages in Wiki or Confluence.
- Participate in or lead special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Competency using Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Data analysis coursework and project management experience are preferred.
Location & details#
- This internship is for the Winter 2027 term.
- The role is remote, with the option for hybrid work if you are located near a company office hub.
- This is a paid internship.
