About the role#
The Culture & Communications Intern helps shape the employee experience by supporting initiatives that foster connection and engagement. You will work with HR and Marketing teams to keep our global workforce informed and connected.
What you'll do#
- Draft, edit, and publish content for internal channels to share company news and cultural initiatives.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
- Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
- Administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to measure the success of internal campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location & details#
- This is a paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
- The role is primarily remote, with the option for hybrid work if you are located near an office hub in New York, New York.
- This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
