About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to B2B sales within a healthcare technology company. You will learn the fundamentals of building a pipeline, from initial prospecting to supporting Account Executives through the deal cycle. This position provides exposure to the daily operations of a sales-led SaaS organization.
What you'll do#
- Research leads and identify potential customers to support the sales team.
- Assist with outbound outreach through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate data.
- Shadow Account Executives during calls and meetings to observe the sales process.
- Help the team with basic reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Complete ad hoc projects for the sales and marketing departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, and email platforms quickly.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- No prior sales experience is required.
