About the role#
The IT Infrastructure Intern supports our infrastructure and cybersecurity teams. You will help execute remediation projects and assist with audits to ensure our systems remain secure. This role involves configuring network switches to segregate operational technology from our IT network. You will work in both office and shop floor environments.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams on remediation projects.
- Assist with internal audits and assessments to confirm compliance with requirements.
- Configure network switches to separate operational technology assets from the IT network.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Engineering degree or a related technical field.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship.
- Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
- A basic understanding of networking design and components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity is a plus.

- Modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time internship.
- This position requires the use of personal protective equipment when on the shop floor and the ability to move between work areas, including navigating stairs and lifting up to 25 pounds.
