About the role#
The Quantitative Analytics Program is a 12-month development track for PhD candidates. You will work through two six-month rotations alongside experienced professionals. The program combines project work, mentorship, and technical training to support business strategy and risk management. Upon completion, you will transition into a full-time role aligned with your skills and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Apply advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to business challenges.
- Forecast loss and revenue for credit card loan portfolios.
- Develop credit scorecards for consumer decisioning strategies.
- Build models to identify money laundering patterns across large databases.
- Predict operational losses using statistical and machine learning modeling.
- Validate model design, calibration, and implementation.
What you'll need#
- Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 2+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience, gained through work, training, or education.
- Excellent programming skills and experience with statistical software such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to execute with urgency and apply data and software engineering skills to deliver scalable solutions.
