About the role#
This position is part of the 2027 Quantitative Analytics Program. It is a 12-month development program designed for Masters students. You will work on two six-month rotations alongside experienced quantitative professionals. The role focuses on applying analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to business challenges. You will receive mentorship, technical training, and exposure to senior leaders. Upon completion, you will transition into a full-time role based on business needs and your performance.
What you'll do#
- Develop and evaluate innovative solutions for business strategy.
- Forecast loss and revenue for credit card loan portfolios.
- Build models to identify money laundering patterns in transaction databases.
- Design models for credit risk and operational management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- At least 6 months of work experience or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Spark, and Java.
- Strong communication skills for collaborative analytical settings.
- Business acumen to support data-informed outcomes.
