About the role#
The Data, Modeling, and Analytics Undergraduate Internship is a 10-week program designed to provide exposure to quantitative analytics, data science, and modeling. You will work alongside quantitative analysts, portfolio managers, and data scientists to solve real-world business problems. The program focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to support risk management, portfolio strategy, and capital decisions.
What you'll do#
- Perform core activities to drive business results, such as supporting internal projects or process improvements.
- Apply analytical and modeling tools, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, cloud-based platforms, and generative AI.
- Participate in social learning opportunities, including networking with peers and business representatives, mentoring, and job shadowing.
- Work under supervision to gain hands-on experience in a professional financial services environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with junior status.
- Preferred majors include Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis using SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in analytics.
