About the role#
The 2027 Public Affairs Analyst Program offers participants exposure to various functions within the Public Affairs organization. You will gain professional experience by building brand reputation and supporting business priorities. This role involves day-to-day responsibilities that help you expand your network and build your professional portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to Wells Fargo businesses.
- Identify, gather, and analyze data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop presentations and documents for management and senior leaders.
- Evaluate strategic options and develop recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Public Affairs organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- At least 6 months of work experience or equivalent training, military experience, or education.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in financial services and strategy.
- Ability to execute tasks with urgency and manage reporting, projects, meetings, and events effectively.
