About the role#
The Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team is a global function responsible for making risk decisions that support operational excellence and business growth. This internship offers the opportunity to work across the customer lifecycle for consumer and commercial businesses. You will engage with data capabilities, decision-making frameworks, and predictive modeling to help manage risk and improve customer servicing.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Digital Product and Business Unit teams to provide insights for product development and business performance evaluation.
- Collaborate to design and implement strategies grounded in statistical, financial, and economic analysis.
- Provide analytical support to drive billing, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Integrate new data sources to inform key business decisions.
- Analyze and improve fraud controls across various business points, including product design, account acquisition, and financial transactions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to research and link complex issues.
- Willingness to learn and master new systems.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and handle multiple assignments.
