About the role#
This is a 12-week internship taking place in summer 2027. You will join the People Analytics team within the People Success function. This group provides the intelligence and tools that help leaders make informed decisions regarding the workforce. You will support analyses across the employee lifecycle and contribute to solutions that measure the impact of various People programs.
What you'll do#
- Analyze People data to identify trends and surface insights for leadership.
- Use AI tools to speed up data exploration and enable self-service access for stakeholders.
- Prototype AI-driven automations for recurring reports, anomaly detection, and data-quality checks.
- Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to support ad hoc data requests.
- Work with stakeholders to improve dashboard navigation and reporting access.
- Develop executive presentations that translate data into clear narratives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or certificate program in an analytical discipline, such as Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Experience analyzing and manipulating data using spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive or confidential data with discretion.
- Responsible use of generative AI in professional workflows.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic SQL is a plus.
