About the role#
The Credit and Fraud Risk team is a global function responsible for making risk decisions that support operational excellence and innovation. This internship provides exposure to managing risks throughout the customer lifecycle across consumer and commercial businesses. Interns will work on projects involving data capabilities, decision-making frameworks, and predictive models to improve customer servicing strategies.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Digital Product and Business Unit teams to provide insights that inform product development and business performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement strategies based on statistical, financial, and economic analysis.
- Provide analytical support to drive billing, revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience.
- Integrate new data sources and capabilities to support business decisions.
- Analyze and improve fraud controls across multiple business points, including product design, account acquisition, and financial transactions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Required knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus.
- A passion for innovation, customer-first thinking, and improving end-to-end customer experiences.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
