About the role#
As an intern in the Office of the CFO, you will work within finance teams that support the strategic operations of BNY. This 10-week summer program provides exposure to the financial functions that drive a global institution. You will be embedded within teams that support specific lines of business or corporate functions, contributing to projects that impact revenue generation, cost management, and strategic planning.
What you'll do#
- Support teams that help maintain BNY’s financial integrity and operational excellence.
- Assist with financial planning, reporting, market and competitor analysis, balance sheet analysis, and capital management.
- Conduct data analysis to help interpret financial information and provide insights into business performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate across lines of business and corporate functions on projects involving decision-making and process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, with a preference for Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting majors.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
