About the role#
The BNY Client Service Internship Program provides students with exposure to our client service model. You will work on projects related to service delivery, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement. This program offers a view into how we support our clients and maintain our service standards.
What you'll do#
- Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.
- Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates to help clients work with us more effectively.
- Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- No requirement for employment visa sponsorship.
