About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers an immersive experience within our Service organization. You will work on real-world projects that support operational excellence, strategic planning, and business performance. You will partner with teams across Finance, HR, Data & Analytics, and other functions to help advance key strategic priorities.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business performance data and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Support strategic planning activities, including research, analysis, and the development of materials for leadership discussions.
- Assist in the creation of executive presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information, track progress on initiatives, and support business management processes.
- Conduct research on industry trends and client service strategies to inform business recommendations.
- Participate in special projects that improve organizational effectiveness and execution.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Interest in financial services, business strategy, organizational effectiveness, or operational management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively.
- Ability to develop polished presentations and reports.
Location & details#
- Locations: Fort Mill, South Carolina, or Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid, with the expectation to be local to the office.
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
