About the role#
The Product Management Internship at LPL Financial provides hands-on experience within the product lifecycle. This role is for students who want to solve problems at the intersection of finance and technology. You will contribute to initiatives that enhance advisor workflows and improve platform capabilities. This is a 10-week paid, full-time summer program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and map advisor workflows to identify process improvements.
- Evaluate product and feature adoption metrics to uncover insights and recommend enhancements.
- Create and refine product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Assist with product delivery tasks, including backlog refinement and user story development.
- Conduct research to support product strategy and operational decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and solutions.
- Ability to work on-site at one of our primary office locations.
